STRATEGIC
PARTNERS

Cranberry Consulting operates within a structured ecosystem of cross-industry technical partners, laboratory networks, and engineering alliances. Our partner program enables firms to extend their capabilities without expanding headcount — leveraging our specialized expertise as an embedded technical resource.

We accept partnership applications from engineering firms, environmental consultancies, construction companies, and technology providers whose service domains complement our core specializations. All partnerships are structured, formalized, and governed by explicit service-level agreements.

PARTNERSHIP
FAQ

Operational and procedural parameters for engineering alliance formation.

WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTNERSHIP?+
Prospective partners must be licensed, insured, and actively operating in a professional service domain complementary to Cranberry Consulting core capabilities. We require proof of professional licensure, current general liability insurance, and at least 3 years of operational history.
HOW IS THE PARTNERSHIP FORMALIZED?+
All partnerships are governed by a mutual services agreement (MSA) that defines scope boundaries, referral protocols, confidentiality requirements, and SLA obligations. MSA execution typically takes 5–10 business days from initial approval.
ARE THERE EXCLUSIVITY REQUIREMENTS?+
No. Cranberry Consulting does not require exclusivity from partners. Partners remain free to maintain relationships with other technical consulting firms. We expect only that active engagements operate within the agreed scope and confidentiality parameters.
HOW ARE FEES STRUCTURED FOR PARTNER ENGAGEMENTS?+
Partner engagement fees are negotiated on a per-project basis with rates defined at scope execution. We do not charge partnership enrollment fees. Revenue sharing for referral engagements follows a standard 10% referral fee structure.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR PARTNERSHIP?+
Submit a partnership inquiry through our contact terminal, selecting "PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL" as the inquiry type. Include your firm profile, service domain, and a brief description of the complementary capabilities you seek to integrate.
